All classes are an hour long and cost £42 per 6 week course. The courses are run to co-incide with school term times. The exceptions to this are the classes at The Stables Pilates Studio, Colney, which are £45 per 6 weeks course.

I am also happy to teach 1:1 lessons at a mutually convenient location.
